How do I track the progress of my order?

During each stage of the order, you will be sent an email. You will receive a final email when your order has been despatched.

Can I change my order after placing it if I need to?

Orders may only be changed if Rhino Cricket is notified within 24 hours of placing your order via phone (+44 0116 254 3333) or email at: info@rhinocricket.co.uk.

How do I know when my order has been despatched?

You will receive an email once your order has been despatched under the email address which you provided when signing up.

Why did I receive some items but not others I ordered?

Rhino cricket will try to provide all goods which are ordered. However, in some circumstances, our suppliers may not have some goods in stock. In this circumstance, we will notify you of any changes if the goods become available.

What do I do if I have received an incorrect item?

Items which have incorrectly been sent to you must be returned to us as soon as possible. Rhino Cricket will compensate you for the costs associated with returning these goods.

What do I do if I receive a faulty product?

Rhino Cricket must be notified immediately of any faulty goods. In such circumstances, you must send the faulty good with the original invoice back to us with a note outlining the fault. If we agree that there is a fault, we will send a replacement at no extra cost. However, if no fault is found, you will not be compensated for the cost associated with the return of the goods.

Where do you deliver to?

Deliveries are made to the shipping address which you have provided. If you require Rhino Cricket to deliver goods to an alternative address please contact us before placing your order.

What is your delivery charge and how long will my delivery take?

All standard deliveries for the UK mainland up to the value of £100 are charged at £6.50. Ground equipment deliveries will be advised separately. If you are ordering from outside UK mainland, please contact us before ordering as we will provide a quotation before you order is processed. Prices may be higher and are subject to change.

Standard deliveries usually take 3-5 working days. International orders may vary. Delivery times are indicative only and may vary.

Can I cancel my order?

If you decide that you wish to cancel an order, you must immediately inform Rhino Cricket by telephone on +44 0116 254 3333 or via e-mail at: info@rhinocricket.co.uk.

Can I exchange my goods for something else?

Exchanges must be made within 10 days of the invoice. Goods may only be exchanged if they are unused and in their original packaging. When sent back, the goods must be accompanied by the original invoice. You must pay for the return of the goods. Unfortunately, any goods which are part of an offer or sale cannot be exchanged.

How do I return an order?

To return an order, place the goods in their original packaging and provide the original copy of the invoice. The return address will be provided on the main box.
